Twelve states make up the Middle West Region. Sometimes those states are divided into two smaller regions – the Plains states (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota) and the Great Lakes states (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin). All six Great Lakes states border a Great Lake.
Directions: Use the map shown above to answer 10 questions about the Midwest region of the United States. Please list the question number and your answer in your copy books. Once you have completed the mission, please turn in ONE copy to me with all of your names listed.
Once your team has mastered the Midwest region, you may use the clue at the end to follow the thief to his next location.
